What the source says
Amana’s licensing FAQ says app accounts are opened by default under AFS Global Ltd in Labuan, Malaysia, licence MB/18/0025. It separately names Amana Mena Promotional Services LLC, CMA 20200000255, and Amana Financial Services (Dubai) Limited, DFSA F003269.

What this means for a UAE comparison
The default stated by the broker is a useful routing clue, not proof of a particular applicant’s final contract. The UAE promotion company, DIFC company and default app provider should not be combined into one local-regulation badge.
A practical document check
Before comparing an Amana app account with a UAE-issued account, read the company on the application. Ask whether another route is available and obtain its agreement. Compare the tariff only after the account provider is settled.

- Match it to the official register and read permitted activities and restrictions.
- Ask for the client-money policy, bank jurisdiction, fees and applicable complaints route.
