These terms describe use of UAE Forex Market’s information, comparisons and browser-based tools. The operating company is identified on the About page and in the footer. Updated 13 September 2026. The licence issuer, permitted activities, public contact and final operator-specific legal review remain pending.
Research service
The website provides general educational publishing. It does not supply brokerage, discretionary investment management, personal investment advice, legal advice or religious certification. It does not receive applications, money, trading instructions or identity documents on behalf of a broker.
Use of sources and calculators
A source capture records what was available on the stated date. Documents, costs, access and permissions can change. A table or filter is not a suitability assessment. Calculator outputs depend on inputs, assumptions, rounding and omitted costs. Actual execution, currency conversion, financing and withdrawals may differ. Verify current documents before relying on a result.
Provider websites and registrations
Following a link takes you to an independently operated service with its own agreement and privacy practices. Any application and account agreement are between you and the provider. The provider decides eligibility and acceptance. Names and logos identify the subject of research and do not imply endorsement, partnership or regulator approval.
Commercial relationships
The affiliate and commercial disclosure explains the planned income model and current inactive status. Any future paid relationship must be identified at the relevant link or placement. Commercial compensation does not establish that a provider is suitable for you or that an offer is the cheapest.
Acceptable use and materials
You may use the public guides and calculators for your research and link to these pages. Respect third-party rights, source attribution and applicable law. Do not impersonate a provider, tamper with the service, distribute unlawful material or present these pages as a financial-regulator endorsement.

We aim to explain evidence and limitations clearly and correct material errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete market coverage, error-free estimates or an outcome from acting on the information. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Applicable rules and complaints
Mandatory UAE law and any applicable free-zone rules take precedence over these terms. No exclusive court or arbitration arrangement is specified while the licence issuer and activity scope remain unconfirmed.
