What to compare
Use ADGM’s FSRA financial-services register and inspect the firm’s permission, current status, restrictions and retail conditions. Verify that the legal name in the proposed client agreement matches the record.
Limits of the published information
Ava Trade Middle East Limited’s captured record is active and contains conditions for matched-principal and retail OTC business. That observation does not independently establish current pricing, a Sharia certificate or where a particular customer’s money is held.

Keep commercial registration and financial permission apart
ADGM publishes an FSRA register for financial-services permissions. A company’s presence in a commercial directory is not a substitute for the financial record. Our AvaTrade and eToro profiles distinguish their captured evidence and account questions.
Record the legal name, permission reference, status, activity and restrictions from the financial record, then compare the agreement. If the brand offers several products, do not assume that a permission or retail condition covers each one identically. Retain the source date so a subsequent change can be traced.
