Ask for evidence behind claims
Request the period, sample and method behind performance claims. Distinguish audited live results from backtests, demo results and selected trades. Avoid interpreting any historical result as a promised future return.
Keep the agreement
Read access duration, support scope, recurring charges and cancellation terms before paying. Record broker affiliations and whether personal financial recommendations are included; those may require a separate regulatory assessment.
