Collect the agreement, account reference, order or transaction IDs, relevant statements and previous support replies. State the outcome you seek and submit through the firm’s official complaints procedure.
Identify the responsible jurisdiction
The brand may have several companies. Match the account company to its regulator and read the regulator’s consumer or complaints instructions. A local promotional company is not necessarily the party responsible for trade execution.
What escalation cannot promise
A regulator complaint is not a guarantee of reimbursement or a substitute for every legal remedy. Court, arbitration and time-limit questions depend on the agreement and applicable law. Avoid recovery firms requesting upfront payments without verifiable credentials.
Build a complaint record that someone can investigate
Use one line per event: date and time zone, account company, order or payment reference, amount and currency, what happened, supporting document, and the response received. State the correction or explanation you are asking for. Keep credentials and unredacted documents out of public reviews.
For a disputed withdrawal, separate the request date from approval, dispatch and bank credit. A support reply saying “processed” leaves the dispatch stage open. Ask for the payment reference and the firm’s final complaints response. For a DIFC firm, read the DFSA’s current complaints instructions; for another company, locate that company’s relevant authority rather than using Dubai as the sole routing rule.
