FxPro’s global licences belong to separate companies.

What the source says

FxPro’s About page lists FxPro UK Limited (FCA 509956), FxPro Financial Services Limited (CySEC 078/07), and FxPro Global Markets Limited in the Bahamas (SIA-F184).

What this means for a UAE comparison

A group may hold all three references while a particular account uses only one company. A historical Dubai-office announcement does not settle today’s UAE application, nor does a UK group licence automatically apply to a Bahamas agreement.

A practical document check

Find the accepting FxPro company before comparing the platform or account. Read the complaints and client-money sections of that company’s agreement. If the application differs from the marketing page’s company, request an explanation of the route.
