How the calculation works
Spread × USD 10 × lots × round trips + 2 × per-side commission × lots × round trips + nightly cost × charged nights × lots × round trips. Multiply USD total by AED per USD. Applies to EUR/USD with a 100,000 EUR standard lot. Assumes stable spread at entry and exit. Excludes slippage, bank fees, taxes and instrument-specific exceptions.

A hypothetical ten-trade example
With a 1.2-pip spread, USD 3.50 commission per lot per side, 0.1 lots and ten round trips, spread costs total USD 12 and commission totals USD 7. With financing excluded, the model gives USD 19, or AED 69.78 at 3.6725 AED/USD. These are illustrative inputs, not a broker quote. Set the charged nights and rate to include holding costs.
